Where your data goes
- Google (Gemini): your chat messages and text extracted from your documents are sent to generate answers.
- Google (Firebase): email and Google sign-in.
- Hosting and storage provider: the app, database and uploaded files run in data centres in Europe.
- Payment provider: if you buy credits, you pay on its page; your card details never reach us.
Some of these providers are outside Turkey, so your data is transferred abroad. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Cookies and similar storage
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The app uses your browser’s local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your theme and language.
Deleting your data
You can delete your chats, documents and account yourself from your profile page. Old chat messages and usage logs are deleted after 90 days and the chat cache after 7 days. Data you delete may remain in backups for a limited time.
Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Each user and agency can only access their own data. We cannot guarantee that any system is entirely free of risk; if you notice a problem, write to the address above.
Your rights and how to apply
Your rights under KVKK Article 11 and how to apply are described in the privacy notice.
