Polichat is an AI assistant that reads your insurance policies and answers your questions. For agency accounts it also offers policy portfolio, renewal and customer tools.
Limits of AI answers
Answers are generated by an AI model and may be wrong or incomplete. Polichat does not give binding insurance advice; the valid text of your policy terms is the document from your insurer. Ask your insurer or agent before important decisions.
Your account
You are responsible for the security of your account. Keep your details accurate and do not share your account. You can delete your account and data from your profile page at any time.
Credits
Chat and document processing use credits. Your remaining credits are shown in the app. The price and terms shown when you buy credits apply.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, to access other people’s data without permission, or in a way that disrupts it. You are responsible for the content of documents you upload and for your right to upload them.
Personal data
How data is processed is described in the privacy notice and the privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page and its version date is shown in the page’s side panel.
